LCC Sheets Reader - Read Only and LCC Sheets Writer - Controlled
Effective September 6, 2026. Operated by Matthew Pankey for personal use.
Scope
This policy covers the two LCC Google Sheets applications and this informational website. It does not grant public access to the private dashboard or authorize additional accounts, services, or data sources.
Information accessed and purpose
The applications use Google account identity and authorization information to confirm the approved account and permissions. The read-only application retrieves permitted spreadsheet contents and native metadata, including values, formulas, formatting, validation rules, and workbook structure. The controlled writer reads and updates the configured workbook to maintain the owner’s planning records.
The information is used to summarize responsibilities, reconcile changes, prepare the Daily Rundown, verify updates, and recover interrupted operations. The reader cannot write. The writer is limited by its installed safeguards to the configured workbook and approved operations, although its Google Sheets permission is not a single-file permission.
These applications do not request Gmail, Calendar, or general Google Drive API access. Separately authorized services used in the wider planning workflow remain governed by their own permissions and data practices.
Processing and sharing
The applications run on the owner’s computer and communicate with Google. Requested workbook information and verification results may be returned to the owner’s AI-assistant session in ChatGPT or Codex, where they are processed to perform the requested planning and maintenance work. Google and OpenAI therefore process information as providers of those services, under the applicable account controls and service policies.
LCC does not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or publish dashboard information on this website. LCC’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. LCC does not use Google Workspace API data to develop, improve, or train generalized or non-personalized AI or machine-learning models.
Storage, retention, and security
The private workbook remains stored in Google Sheets. OAuth authorization credentials are kept in macOS Keychain. Local backups, native snapshots, transaction journals, and verification reports may retain spreadsheet information to support auditing and recovery. Relevant information may also remain in the owner’s assistant conversation history.
Planning records and recovery evidence are retained until the owner removes them or requests removal; no automatic deletion interval is promised. Google and OpenAI may retain service records according to their policies and the applicable account settings. Restricting this website’s contents does not change those providers’ retention rules.
The workflow uses encrypted network connections, account checks, controlled writes, and verification safeguards. No system can guarantee absolute security. Credentials and private workbook contents are not included in this website.
Your choices and deletion requests
You can revoke either application’s access through Google Account connections. Revoking access stops future authorized access but does not delete existing workbook records, local backups, or assistant history. Those copies must be managed separately.
Contact cmandnfindings@gmail.com for access, correction, deletion, or privacy questions. Do not email passwords, authorization tokens, or sensitive dashboard contents. Requests are reviewed with appropriate identity checks; data held by Google or OpenAI may also require use of their account controls.
This public website
This site contains application information only. It has no Google authorization flow, forms, advertising, or application analytics added by LCC. Hosting providers may process technical request information, such as IP addresses and browser information, to deliver and protect the site. The site does not connect to the private workbook.
Changes
Material changes to these practices will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date before the changed practices are used.
